Staff the Shore

Staff the Shore: seasonal staffing, on the lake

Connecting Lake Erie’s coastal businesses with reliable, high-energy college students for the summer season.

Lake Erie rootsBuilt for the coast

We grew up on the lake and have spent every summer there since. We’ve seen what makes our coastal communities thrive: vibrant local businesses and unforgettable summers. We also know the challenge shore businesses face each year when peak season hits and staffing runs thin.

We founded Staff the Shore to bridge that gap. We recruit driven college students from across the country to live, work and grow along Lake Erie, so our shoreline economy flourishes and students get meaningful summer work.

Reliable talent for your peak season

For a coastal business, summer makes or breaks the year. We place students with restaurants and bars, resorts and hotels, marinas, shops, pools and attractions along the Lake Erie shore.
